Eric S. Foodim is the Chief Executive Officer with LBMC Employment Partners, LLC.

In his role, Eric is dedicated to expanding the LBMC Employment Partners’ experience by enhancing concierge-level client service and delivering top-tier HR, payroll, and employee benefits solutions. He is committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, ensuring that clients receive personalized, strategic guidance to meet their unique business needs. His vision involves maintaining high standards of service while continuously improving and expanding the suite of products LBMC Employment Partners offers.

Experience

Eric is a highly respected leader and executive with more than 25 years of experience in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) industries. He has a proven track record of leading organizations to success, having held prominent roles in several leading firms. Before joining LBMC Employment Partners, Eric served as the Chief Operating Officer at Prestige Employee Administrators in New York. Prior to Prestige, he was the President of the Northeast Division of CoAdvantage and held dual roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Ambrose Employer Group. His extensive experience includes operational leadership, strategic planning, and financial management, which he leverages to drive growth and innovation. He also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Life Adjustment Center, a not-for-profit agency based in New York City.

Outside the Office

Eric lives in Northern New Jersey with his two children and two rescue dogs. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and is an avid New York sports fan, loves to travel, and you can find him at the beach during the summer.
